The Club’s constitution requires an Annual General Meeting to be held each year, but  COVID-19 has meant that the usual arrangements are not possible.  Therefore the Committee has adopted an online approach.  All members should by now have received an email containing the Secretary’s Report and Treasurer’s report as required by the the constitution.  The email contains a link to an online voting form where you can vote for or against various motions.  THIS IS YOUR CLUB – PLEASE USE YOUR VOTE.

The management of the Club is vested in a committee comprising the Office Bearers (President, Vice President x 2, Honorary Treasurer, Honorary Secretary) and four Members. The current committee is:

  • President: Ben Watson
  • Vice President 1: Malcolm Campbell
  • Vice President 2: Andy Came
  • Honorary Treasurer: Alasdair Dennis
  • Honorary Secretary: Alistair Jeffs
  • Committee Member 1: Gordon Eccleston
  • Committee Member 2: Lauren Grant
  • Committee Member 3: Simon Jacyna
  • Committee Member 4: Joe Glennie

Any member may stand for any of the positions. You do not need any particular experience just enthusiasm.  The allocation of specific roles and responsibilities is not defined in the Club’s constitution, but the current arrangements are:
