Each year we have an Annual General Meeting as stated and in accordance with our club constitution. We encourage people to attend and engage in the meeting wherever possible to share their thoughts, suggestions and ideas about how the club is run, what the club stands for and its future plans. Additionally we take the time to celebrate both the clubs and its members achievements.
In general terms the AGM focusses upon matters that are stated or affect the constitution at this meeting but we do also welcome any other comments, suggestion, opinions or even criticisms. We do remind you that you may contact any club committee member at any time through the year about anything pertaining to the club and its activities.
