Location: Inverardran Cottage is the whitewashed building situated at the east end of Crianlarich, next to the Ben More restaurant. (OS sheet 50, Grid Ref 392250) on the North side of the A85. The cottage has its own extensive parking area behind the building.
Facilities: The cottage is fully-equipped for self catering. All utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided. You may wish to bring additional tea towels. There are two fridges. Two cookers have four-burner gas hobs, double oven & grill, separate toaster and microwave ovens. Hot water is provided by a large under sink boiler which supplies the sink unit. Two dormitories sleep a maximum of 18 guests. You do need to bring sleeping bags / pillows. The ‘Auld Kitchen’ sleeps 10 on two alpine bunks. ‘Ben More’ sleeps 8 on double & single bunks.There are separate ladies and gents facilities fitted with hand basins and instant hot water showers plus toilet facilities. Plus a separate wet room/ toilet. Electricity and gas are included in the cottage bed night fee, but if you wish to use the open fire in the lounge area you will need to supply your own solid fuel. Separate boot boom & drying room – both are heated and situated inside the entrance door. The drying room also has a dehumidifier installed. Recycle boxes have been provided. Dog Owners are welcome to bring their pet, provided the other guests do not object. The dog owner must not let their dog foul inside the cottage / car park or in the grounds.

Nearby hills: Several Munros and Corbetts can be reached by walking from the cottage: Cruach Ardrain, Ben More, Stob Binnein, Ben Challum, Meall Glas, and Sgiath Chuil. For those with transport, all of the Arrochar, Crianlarich, Ben Lawers, Tyndrum and Bridge of Orchy hills are within 30 minutes drive, with Glen Coe and Glen Etive only marginally further. The West Highland Way passes through Crianlarich, and there are numerous pleasant tours for road or mountain cycling.
