NB: The bus will pick up in Elgin (7.00), Forres (7.30), Grantown (8.00) and Tomintoul (8.30) only. Members from Inverness wishing to attend this meet should join the bus at one of the above points.

This is a classic traverse that takes you from Auchallater (about 3km south of Braemar on the Glenshee road) following the course of the Callater Burn and  Glen Callater, before emerging on the track to Carn an Sagart Mor (9 km). From here, you can either bear south around Loch Muick, or take the high road over Lochnagar. The bus will wait at the Loch Muick car park.
