Excellent location for climbing (some is even roadside), sea kayaking and mountain biking. The bigger hills are not too far away either. Plenty of coastal scenery. There’s also an indoor climbing wall, which is open 10am to 4pm on Saturday.

Fancy Dress: This is the club’s 90th Anniversary meet. So dust off your best old climbing gear, tweed jackets or flapper dresses. Fancy dress for Saturday night is 1930’s outfits – either old mountaineering clothes or dapper suits. Drinks and merriment are certainly on the agenda! I’ll even try to get some homebrew mild on the go – it was all the rage in the 1930’s.

COVID: COVID is still out there. If you have any symptoms before please DO NOT ATTEND. We also recommend that you could take a lateral flow test before attending and add your details to the track and trace here. See the club’s COVID risk assessment (This does need updating in light of the recent changes, however it’s still reasonable).
