The Moray Mountaineering Club has a new website at a new address!
The old address (www.moraymc.org.uk) is currently offline – we hope only temporarily. In the meantime, please bookmark the new address.
If you look closely, you may notice that the new website is in fact a “blog”. Never mind, it looks like a website, it behaves like a website and to all intents and purposes it is a website.
The main difference you will notice is that content will be changing more frequently, so keep checking to find out what’s new! (If you prefer, you can also subscribe to an RSS “feed” by clicking on the orange 
symbol next to the “Homepage” link in the menu. Depending on the Feed Reader you use, you will then be notified when the website changes.)
Pages contain more timeless information about Club activities, while Categories group individual posts on specific topics. There is now also a monthly Archive where you can read older bus and weekend meet reports, as well as a Search facility.
One of the new features of the website is the ability for members to add their own comments to many of the items. To cut down on spam, we ask that you enter your name and your email address. The first time you post a comment, this will have to be approved by the Administrator before it can appear. After that you will be able to post comments automatically.
We are also working on creating a Photo Gallery and on a simple way for members to upload their own photos to the gallery. Keep watching this space!
