Wild camping and van meet in Glen Shiel. Currently no concrete plans have been made, but more will follow and details will be added here in due course. Weekend Meet, Fisherfield, 9-11 Oct 2020
Wild camping meet in the Fisherfields to suit Corbett and Munro baggers alike (or those just wishing to soak up the ambience). It will begin with a scenic walk in from Poolewe to the Causeway by Carnmore (NG 975 760). Either camp here or stay at the bothy (at last inspection this was a grotty place) – if allowed by then! Then possibly continuing over towards Shenevall onto Dundonnell or back to Poolewe. The event will comply with Mountaineering Scotland’s COVID-19 guidance. Night Navigation Training, 14 November
Saturday 14 November, 16:30 to 22:00. The Club has arranged some FREE Night Navigation Training, which will be led by Sandy Murray. The event will be held on Dava Moor.
