All weekend meets are now for booking online.
Currently available are all meets until April 2027.

Signing up to the website
Before booking a meet online you must sign up to the website.
Register for the website at https://moraymc.org/register/
You will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address; this should arrive within a few minutes and often within a few seconds. You must respond to this by following the link in this email. Please do this promptly.
One of the committee will also receive a notification that you have signed up. They will then check that the email address that you have used matches the club’s membership records and if so, approve your website account. We need to ensure that only members sign up, and that people signing up are who they say they are.
All the committee are volunteers and so this last stage is unlikely to be instant. Together with the fact that bookings remain as first come, first served, and you cannot make a booking until all the above is done, you are strongly advised to sign up at the earliest opportunity and well before wishing to make a booking.
Bookings
You must login first at https://moraymc.org/login/ (this is also linked to in the website footer).
When bookings are open for a meet, and you are logged in, you will see a booking form on the meet’s page. All meets that are online can be accessed via https://moraymc.org/events/
Simply tick the check box, and click confirm to do just that.
You will then see message indicating that you are either booked on the meet, or are on the reserve.
If you wish to cancel, untick the check box, and click ‘Request cancellation’. The Meet Organiser will then either confirm your cancellation or contact you. Note again that this is a step where the response may not be instant, as the Meet Organiser is a volunteer.

Viewing your bookings
When you login you will see a list of your current bookings with links to each meet’s page.
Also planned is a regular email notification listing your bookings and this is likely to be implemented soon.
